As a personal trainer it’s my job to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. You tell me what you want to achieve, and I’ll figure out how we get there. Some common fitness goals are weight loss and toning. I’ve worked with all ages from children to ninety years young. I’ve helped people lose an upwards of 160lbs in two years time, or 90lb in four months. I’ve also helped people gain weight. Some people have super fast metabolisms making it hard to put weight on or maintain muscle. Others already have major health issues that have limited their mobility. I’ve helped people beat the debilitating health issues that could be beat. While helping the ones that couldn’t, at least improve their over all health in areas that weren’t affected. Let me help you reach whatever you desire for your total health.
